Our strategy
I am committed and passionate about victory being revealed in your life and will work with you for victory in yours as well! You are deserving and worth it!

Individual Support

We establish a collaborative relationship and go through the process of identifying the difficulty or difficulties that have impacted your emotional and/or mental wellbeing. Please contact me to begin the move forward for your life. Relationship and Marriage Support – often poor communication and poor boundaries impact the most hopeful participants as they discover how to hear, be heard and understood by the partner in their life. This is a journey of unlearning old habits and undertaking the process of learning new ways to communicate and putting them in place. Let’s move the relationship/marriage forward.

Family Support

“Family is not an important thing. It's everything.” Michael J. Fox
But what If there is great pain and brokenness with the memories of your childhood? What if you are unable to talk, or need to break the silence on how your childhood affected you? Breaking through old traditions and the hurts of our past is a process that can bring enlightenment and freedom to explore the healthy power of family. Identifying family systems of operation and making inroads to change can give all concerned an emotionally healthier environment to grow in. Let me know how I can assist you and yours in this process.

Group Support

Many have found that sharing your concerns with others in a safe place is an incredible healing resource. Grief, domestic violence, sexual abuse, codependency, etc with those you know or come to know can be an opportunity to work through and be a help and vital support to others. Contact me to connect you with groups I am currently working with.
